岗位职责:
1. 负责变频器硬件系统架构设计、电路原理图设计及PCB布局优化;
2. 主导功率器件(IGBT/MOSFET等)、驱动电路、EMC滤波电路的设计与调试;
3. 完成硬件电路仿真、样机测试及问题分析,确保产品性能与可靠性;
4. 参与元器件选型、BOM制定及成本控制,协助供应商技术对接;
5. 编写硬件设计文档、测试报告及技术规范,支持产品量产化;
6. 配合软件工程师完成系统联调,解决硬件与软件协同问题;
7. 跟踪行业技术趋势,优化现有产品设计并推动技术创新。
任职要求:
1. 学历要求:本科及以上学历,电力电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业;
2. 经验要求:
- 3年以上变频器/逆变器/伺服驱动器等电力电子产品硬件开发经验;
- 熟悉变频器拓扑结构(如三相桥式、多电平拓扑等)及控制原理;
3. 技能要求:
- 精通模拟/数字电路设计,熟悉Altium Designer/Cadence等EDA工具;
- 掌握功率器件选型、热设计及EMC/EMI解决方案;
- 具备示波器、功率分析仪等仪器使用经验,能独立完成硬件调试;
- 熟悉行业标准(如UL、CE、IEC等)者优先;
4. 其他要求:
- 良好的团队协作能力、抗压能力及问题分析能力;
- 英语CET-4及以上,能阅读英文技术文档。
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the design of the hardware system architecture of the inverter, the design of circuit schematic diagrams, and the optimization of PCB layout;
2. Lead the design and debugging of power devices (such as IGBT/MOSFET), drive circuits, and EMC filter circuits;
3. Complete hardware circuit simulation, prototype testing, and problem analysis to ensure product performance and reliability;
4. Participate in component selection, BOM formulation, and cost control, and assist in technical communication with suppliers;
5. Write hardware design documents, test reports, and technical specifications to support product mass production;
6. Cooperate with software engineers to complete system integration and debugging, and solve problems related to the coordination of hardware and software;
7. Track industry technical trends, optimize existing product designs, and promote technological innovation.
Requirements:
1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.;
2. Experience Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in hardware development of power electronic products such as frequency converters, inverters, and servo drives;
- Familiar with the topologies and control principles of frequency converters (such as three-phase bridge, multilevel topologies, etc.);
3. Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in analog/digital circuit design, familiar with EDA tools such as Altium Designer/Cadence;
- Master power device selection, thermal design, and EMC/EMI solutions;
- Have experience in using instruments such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers, and be capable of independently completing hardware debugging;
- Preferred candidates should be familiar with industry standards (such as UL, CE, IEC, etc.);
4. Other Requirements:
- Excellent teamwork ability, stress resistance ability, and problem analysis ability;
- CET-4 level or above in English proficiency, Proficient in English reading.
